At Bambi Bamboo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund or store credit. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and the product name/product ID you want to return within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and will provide you with instructions prior to sending items back. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is returned beyond 30 days after delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable
Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 -7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first run through the list of troubleshoots.
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially be posted.
- Contact your bank. Often times there is a processing period before the refund will be posted.

Please note that all international orders and sale purchases 25% off or more are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will exchange them for the same item. Damaged and defective product must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we are happy to help.
If you received an item that was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item returned. Once the returned item is received, we will provide you with gift credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to them and then given to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and they will be notified of the return.
